Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager to oversee the temporary workforce at client sites, liaise between client managers, local offices, and contract employees, and drive profitability by providing quality contractors. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, with a degree preferred.

Base salary ranges from $54,000 to $58,000 with a $2,000 annual bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA & 401k, 20 days PTO, holidays, parental leave, and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
