Job summary

Aerotek in Kentucky is seeking a Bilingual Workforce Manager to coordinate client site staffing and contract workers. You will serve as liaison between client managers, Aerotek offices, and temporary staff, ensuring quality contractors and profitability.

Responsibilities include on-site workforce management, internal and client reporting, conflict resolution, and delivering strong customer service. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Team-oriented environment experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

As a Bilingual Workforce Manager you will…

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.

• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.

Aerotek offers a base salary of $54,000 - $58,000 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $2,000.
