Job summary

Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP, a prominent Los Angeles law firm, seeks a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Case Manager to handle a portfolio from intake to resolution. You will coordinate between clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure top-tier representation and care throughout the client journey.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of related case management or legal support experience, familiarity with CA WC procedures, and strong communication skills in English

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in case management or legal support in workers' compensation or personal injury law.
• Familiarity with California WC procedures, DWC forms, and PQME scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and adjusters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire case lifecycle from intake to resolution.
• Assist handling attorney with case management and strategy; liaise with clients, medical providers, and insurers.
• Prepare, file, and serve workers' compensation documents in compliance with legal requirements.
• Schedule medical appointments including QME and AME evaluations; maintain organized records.
• Proactively communicate case updates to clients and address concerns.
• Maintain organized case files accessible to the team.
