Fibi Law Firm is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to expand sales within a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships with existing clients to drive organic growth by offering additional services and solutions, while supporting attorneys and paralegals.

The role requires strong communication skills, a client-first approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Bi-lingual English/Wolof proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a support/service role for financial services.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the legal team including lawyers and paralegals.
• Work with back-office operations to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services.
• Develop market strategies with management to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Reach 50 clients per week, including facility walk-ins.
