Make-A-Wish Michigan is seeking a Bilingual Wish Coordinator who will manage a caseload of 60-80 wishes annually, serving families communicating in English and either Spanish or Arabic. The role requires fluent English and Spanish or Arabic, with responsibilities spanning wish planning, coordination, and compassionate family support.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, human services, or related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through each stage of the wish process with clear, compassionate communication.
• Coordinate logistics for each wish, including transportation, accommodations, services, and volunteers.
• Document case activity accurately in English; translate or interpret as needed.
