A community service organization in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a Social Worker / Mental Health Case Manager. The successful candidate will support clients in accessing social services, coordinate care, and develop individualized plans. Fluency in Arabic, Bengali, or another language is required. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a similar field.
• Previous experience as a social services case manager preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (or willing to be trained).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, service development, and coordination of services.
• Assist in determining client eligibility for program services.
• Complete Case Management assessments as needed.
• Link consumers to all available resources for identified needs.
• Maintain clinical files and records.
