Job summary

Make-A-Wish Central & Northern Florida seeks a Bilingual Wish Coordinator to plan and grant life-changing wish experiences. You will work directly with wish families and volunteers, manage a 100–150 file pipeline, and coordinate budgets, transportation, lodging, and in-kind donations across 45 counties.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong project management, and the ability to travel regionally and work some nights/weekends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or work equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in nonprofit or project management preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and grant high-quality life-changing wish experiences.
  • Manage a pipeline of approximately 100–150 wish files.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging, activities, and budgets; secure in-kind donations.
  • Serve as a 24/7 contact for wish families when needed.
  • Build relationships with families, volunteers, vendors, and other chapters.
