Spiked Wireless is hiring an experienced Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for our Salem, OR location. This full-time role leads, coaches, and motivates the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and service goals.

Fluent English and Spanish are a plus; 3+ years in wireless retail or sales management required. You will drive training, coaching, and daily operations to build a high-performing team and profitable store results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience in wireless retail or a related environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and coach others in a fast-paced setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; English fluency required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Metro by T-Mobile store.
• Achieve store sales goals and service performance targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop Sales Advocates.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and drive product knowledge.
• Analyze performance data and take corrective actions to improve results.
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional store experience.
