Spiked Wireless Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer is hiring a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Associate (Spanish). Location: Gresham, OR. Full-time and part-time roles with compensation up to $19.00 per hour plus commissions; benefits for full-time employees.

You will guide customers through phone and accessory purchases, exceed revenue goals, support marketing efforts, and collaborate with the team to meet personal and company targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred in retail or wireless industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers to understand needs by asking questions and listening.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand.
• Work as a team player and collaborate in a store environment.
• Open/close shifts, handle cash, manage inventory counts and deposits.
• Be professional and confident using available product tools and features.
• Maintain integrity and dependability, arriving on time and staying organized.
