Job summary

EdgeLink Inc. in Chattanooga is hiring a Retail Sales Representative, Bilingual, to help customers choose wireless products and complete activations. This on-site role offers hourly pay plus daily and weekly incentives, with paid training from day one.

You will learn our sales process, stay updated on promotions, and strive to meet clear targets while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities to assist customers in English and another language as needed.
• Strong customer-service mindset with persuasion skills.
• Ability to track and work toward sales targets.
• Experience processing activations, upgrades and payments.
• Comfort handling cash and basic store operations.
• Familiarity with inventory procedures and store security basics.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
