EdgeLink Inc., a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Cleveland, TN, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative who is bilingual. The role focuses on helping customers choose wireless products, explaining options, and closing sales in an on-site store environment.

The position offers paid training, incentives, and opportunities for advancement, with both full-time and part-time shifts. Base pay ranges from $11.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus performance incentives and daily payouts where eligible.

• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
