EdgeLink Inc., an authorized Metro by T-Mobile retailer in Providence, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative, bilingual. The role focuses on helping customers choose wireless products and services, meeting sales goals, and processing activations and upgrades on-site at 112 Douglas Ave, Providence.

The position offers on-site, full-time or part-time hours with hourly pay between $16.00 and $20.00 plus incentives.

• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, provide friendly customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
