EdgeLink Inc. | Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Little Rock is seeking a Retail Sales Representative, Bilingual, to help customers select wireless products and services and meet sales goals.

The role offers hourly pay of $11.00–$18.00 plus incentives, with paid training from day one, plus daily, weekly and monthly incentive opportunities. On-site at 6420 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, AR, with opportunities to advance into management.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right wireless products, learn the sales process and work toward clear goals.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track sales goals and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
