EdgeLink Inc., a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Morristown, is hiring a Retail Sales Representative, Bilingual. You will help customers find the right wireless products, explain options, and work toward clear sales goals.

This on-site, full-time and part-time role offers paid training from day one, daily incentives, and opportunities to grow within the organization. Bilingual preferred; base pay $11–$16 per hour with additional incentives; apply now.

Qualificações

• Ask questions and recommend phones, plans, home internet, tablets and accessories that fit each customer's needs.
• Explain options clearly, recommend complete solutions and confidently close sales.
• Track your sales goals, learn the incentive plan and apply coaching to improve performance.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments and account changes accurately while protecting customer information.
• Stay current on products and promotions, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked and customer-ready; follow cash, inventory and security procedures.
