The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay starts at $14/hour with weekly pay and commission opportunities, plus eligible benefits after 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, and checking stock.
• Sell devices, accessories, and Cricket offerings; promote products and services.
• Attend product/service trainings to stay updated on features and trends.
• Process contracts, warranties, payments, and orders accurately.
• Provide demonstrations of the latest technology in-store and guide purchasing decisions.
• Maintain store procedures, inventory, cash handling, and store appearance.
