Job summary

Blue Fig USA, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. You will greet customers, present wireless products and services, and help customers choose plans and devices.

You will meet sales goals, handle contracts and payments, stay updated on promotions, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in a busy retail environment. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work varied retail hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals by selling wireless products and services.
• Present products and develop relationships with potential clients.
