Job summary

Mobilelink LLC, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Danville, IL. You will help customers find the right wireless solutions and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

We offer training, a clear path for advancement, and a compensation plan with potential commissions. The role requires bilingual ability (English + Spanish or French) and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English plus Spanish or French).
• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Build value by offering solutions to individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and Mobilelink with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs with potential bonuses.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand awareness.
