Job summary

Mobilelink LLC in Danville, IL is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and drive revenue with base plus commissions. The role demands bilingual communication and a proactive, customer-first approach.

You will represent the Cricket Wireless brand, support store operations, and participate in events as needed to boost customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in two or more languages, English plus Spanish or French.
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions to fit each person, family or business.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonus payments.
• Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as needed.
