Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate. You will serve customers with tailored wireless solutions and drive sales goals, with training provided and a clear career path for advancement.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a focus on excellent customer service, and the ability to work flexible retail hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; min 32 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers’ needs.
• Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in promotional events as needed.
