Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is seeking a Sales Advocate in Mattoon, IL. This bilingual role offers a base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential and a clear career path.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, tailor solutions to customers’ needs, and work toward sales goals, with training provided and opportunities to advance within the Mobilelink team.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in two or more languages; English plus Spanish or English plus French.
• Clear communication skills—attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
