Your Wireless Inc. is hiring a Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate at our Gaithersburg location.

You will educate customers on Verizon products, guide them through the purchasing process, and provide an exceptional shopping experience. We offer a strong base pay with an uncapped commission plan, flexible work schedules, 401k, healthcare, paid time off, employee discounts, growth opportunities, and frequent sales contests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Ability to travel to locations in the assigned district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Set an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop your skills for career advancement opportunities within Your Wireless.
