Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will educate customers on Verizon products and guide them through the selection and buying process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
• Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon Products and Services offered.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handle all customer situations to satisfy needs.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Complete trainings as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
