Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products.
• Ability to travel to locations in the assigned district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handling customer situations to completely satisfy needs.
• Assisting Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Completing all required trainings as directed.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct.
• Developing skills for career advancement opportunities.
