Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative to assist customers with devices and plans. You will engage walk-in customers, explain options, and close sales at a busy store in Forest, MS.

The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program. The ideal candidate communicates well, thrives on results, and has prior retail or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
