Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Edinburg, TX is hiring a bilingual Sales Advocate to assist customers at Cricket Wireless stores. The role offers patient, consultative service and a path for growth within a dynamic retail team.

You will help customers select the right solutions, represent the Cricket brand professionally, and support store operations. Prior retail experience is beneficial, and a commitment to flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills,attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and living within 30 minutes of the home store; flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district.

• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.

• May participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
• Duties at events include engaging with customers, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with setup or breakdown.
