Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates in Monterey Park, CA. You will educate customers on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

This role offers strong base pay with commission, ongoing paid training, and clear career paths within a growing company. Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
