My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T authorized retail team in Rialto, CA. You will engage customers, educate them on AT&T products and services, and guide them through the purchase process. The role offers a strong base pay plus uncapped commissions and ongoing paid training.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with peers who value excellent customer service and teamwork, with opportunities for growth into leadership positions as you learn and perform.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Optional)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
