• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Strong communication skills and customer service ethos.
• Attitude and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by recommending products and solutions aligned to customers' needs.
• Represent the Cricket brand professionally and assist with store operations and events.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential bonuses for performance.
