Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two languages: English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Able to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• May participate in outside events or promotional activities to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Duties at events include engaging with customers, distributing materials, and assisting with setup or breakdown.
