Qualifications

• Bilingual required in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Clear communication, positive attitude, and strong soft skills.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customers' needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and the Mobilelink brand professionally.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and duties.
