Cricket Wireless’s Mobilelink team is hiring a Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will assess customer needs, present tailored wireless solutions, and uphold Cricket brand standards with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value by presenting products and services that fit individual or business needs.
• Represent Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
