Location: Salem, OR

Compensation: Up to $60,000.00 per year or more, including base salary, commissions, store performance bonuses, and incentives. Plus, amazing employee benefits and perks.

NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Management Team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, your role will be to work directly with your Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Associates, ensuring they are well-versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services, and that your retail locations meet our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is skilled in training and developing team members to deliver an excellent customer experience, including a robust sales process and product knowledge. Additionally, the candidate must handle customer concerns professionally and positively.

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, your responsibilities include:

• Building a positive, customer- and goal-oriented environment.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Sales Associates.
• Meeting or exceeding personal and team KPIs each month.
• Coaching and mentoring your team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Ensuring your location operates according to Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular guidelines.
• Executing promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other tasks assigned by leadership.
• Modeling professional conduct for employees and others.
• Traveling to other stores as needed within your district.
• Managing inventory transfers and balancing with nearby locations.
• Handling nightly bank deposits and audits.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or in the wireless industry.
• Proven achievement in sales and leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Willingness to travel within your district.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 or older, with proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to maintain it.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
