Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") oversees sales and operations at their assigned location. Successful RSMs lead their teams to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, maintain operational standards, and manage inventory. Strong leadership skills are essential for developing, implementing, and managing team and company programs and processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  2. Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  3. Create an environment where all employees can excel.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  5. Educate staff on the compensation plan and sales maximization.
  6. Partner with district managers on product launches and new initiatives.
  7. Train staff on new products and promotions.
  8. Support internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
  9. Assist on the sales floor for coaching and development.
  10. Manage scheduling and staffing within budgeted hours.
  11. Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  12. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and documentation.
  13. Respond promptly to communications and complete training timely.
  14. Protect store assets diligently.
Minimum Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong sales skills with a record of meeting/exceeding goals.
  • Leadership ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers, wireless devices, and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation to other store locations within 30 minutes.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Work Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts, including weekdays and every Saturday.
