The Retail Store Manager ("RSM") is responsible for the overall sales and operations of the location assigned. Successful RSMs will lead their team and drive success across all performance levels. Responsibilities include sales achievement, customer service, operational standards, and inventory management. The RSM must demonstrate strong leadership skills and develop, implement, and manage team and company programs and processes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
  • Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Educate personnel on the compensation plan and sales maximization.
  • Partner with the District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
  • Train employees on new products and promotions.
  • Assist with internal investigations in collaboration with HR and Loss Prevention.
  • Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
  • Schedule and staff according to budgeted hours.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
  • Adhere to compliance, processes, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Respond promptly to communications.
  • Complete required training timely.
  • Protect company assets at all times.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, including sales processes and commissions.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.
  • Motivational leadership and team development skills.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient with computers, wireless equipment, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable transportation to support multiple store locations within a 30-minute radius.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Shift
  • 8-hour shifts, weekdays and every Saturday.
