Compensation: Up to $60,000.00 per year or more including base salary, commissions, store performance bonuses, and incentives. Plus, amazing employee benefits and perks.

NW Cellular, a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Retailer, is looking for experienced Retail Store Managers to join our Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Management Team. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager for NW Cellular, your role will involve working directly with your Sales Associates, ensuring they are well-versed in our selling process, products, and services, and that your retail location meets operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and be skilled in training and developing team members to deliver excellent customer experiences, including effective sales processes and product knowledge. Additionally, the candidate must handle customer concerns professionally and positively.

Responsibilities:

• Building a positive, customer-focused, goal-oriented environment.
• Hiring, scheduling, and supervising Sales Associates.
• Meeting or exceeding performance indicators.

• Ensuring operational compliance with Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular standards.
• Executing promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other tasks.
• Modeling professional conduct.
• Traveling within the district as needed.
• Managing inventory and handling nightly deposits and audits.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in wireless or related retail environments.
• Proven sales and leadership achievements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and inspirational skills.
• Enthusiasm for wireless technology and customer service.
• Ability to travel within the district.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo background checks.
