Role Overview

The Retail Store Manager (RSM) oversees sales and operations at their assigned location. Success in this role involves leading the team, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and managing inventory. Strong leadership skills are essential to develop and implement team and company programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve goals.
  • Create a positive work environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Educate staff on compensation plans and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with District Managers on product and process launches.
  • Train staff on new products and promotions.
  • Support internal investigations with HR and Loss Prevention.
  • Assist on the sales floor as needed for coaching.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling within budget.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to communications.
  • Complete required training timely.
  • Protect company assets at all times.
Minimum Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • At least 2 years of retail sales management experience, including sales processes and commissions.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing sales teams.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to meet/exceed targets.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with computers and wireless equipment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
Work Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts, weekdays and every Saturday.
