Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Part-time Wholesale Product Specialist to assist commercial paint customers, identify needs, answer questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining high quality and presentation of products.

Responsibilities include processing sales, tinting and mixing products to customer specs, keeping precise records, assisting with deliveries, and staying informed about product features to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
