Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Palm Desert is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist dedicated to helping customers choose the right paint and supplies. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, process sales, tint and mix products, and ensure accurate records at Store #1508.

This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales goals. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work evenings and weekends, and communicate fluently in English

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Read/write/communicate in English.
• Read/write/communicate in Spanish.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
