Job summary

NRI Distribution is seeking a Trainer to be the face of the warehouse team, delivering top-notch training and SOP support. You will mentor new hires, promote a positive team culture, and ensure safety and best practices are followed.

The role requires 12+ months of training experience in a warehouse setting, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with a starting pay of $22.00/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have 12+ months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint) or willing to learn.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate training for new hires and current NRI employees to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Help create training programs by assessing skill gaps and training objectives.
• Demonstrate positive communication and team-building to maintain a professional environment.
• Maintain training logs and ensure safety policies are followed.
