Job summary

NRI 3PL in Henderson, NV is seeking a Trainer to lead training for our warehouse team. You will deliver safety, SOP guidance, and best practices, mentoring new hires and fostering NRI team spirit. The role requires 12 months of training experience and bilingual Spanish/English ability.

You’ll train across departments, adapt delivery to learners, and maintain training logs. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30 pm–12:00 am, at $20.50/hr.

Qualifications

• 12 months of training experience, preferably in a warehouse.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates training for new hires and existing NRI employees to ensure training is delivered and evaluated for consistency.
• Coach, counsel, and inspire employees to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Aids in creating training programs by assessing skill gaps, training objectives, and SOP changes.
• Maintain positive communications and team-building during training sessions.
• Complies with safety policies and maintains training documentation.
