NRI 3PL is seeking an Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, and replenishment in a dynamic warehouse environment in Henderson, NV. You will work with a range of products from clients involved in active lifestyles, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficient operations.

The role requires forklift experience (3+ months), ability to operate multiple warehouse machines, and basic English reading skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Able to learn basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Read/comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks).
• Handle receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
