The role emphasizes building culture, coordinating staffing, and developing team capabilities within a global logistics context. Salary is competitive with 65k–70k per year and a Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required).

Responsibilities

• Motivate your team through shift meetings, coaching, and real-time support.
• Adjust workflows and resources to hit productivity and quality goals.
• Identify training needs and lead cross-training.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and daily safety observations.
