Job summary

Americold is seeking a Manager, Operations to supervise warehouse activities at our Henderson, NV facility. You will lead a team on a shift basis, focusing on receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost objectives.

Responsibilities include ensuring quality, coordinating shift meetings, and promoting safety. Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience and a HS diploma are required, with MS Office proficiency and bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-shift communication and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of equipment and maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety policies and report incidents.
• Direct schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance.
