Job summary

Americold is seeking a Manager, Operations (Finance) in Henderson, NV to oversee warehouse activities on a shift basis, focusing on efficient receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost objectives. You will lead teams, ensure safety, and drive accuracy in inbound/outbound shipments, while coordinating across shifts and maintaining OSHA-compliant operations.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in warehouse metrics, and collaboration with site leadership;

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or warehouse experience, or completion of Americold's internship program, or a bachelor's degree
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, stacking, picking and staging to maintain quality standards
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments
• Facilitate cross communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings
• Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean and secure work area
• Ensure staff compliance with safety policies, investigate and report safety incidents
• Direct work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance
• Address personnel issues and collaborate with staff and management to resolve problems
