INW-Phoenix Formulations in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department, including scheduling, receiving, storing and order picking to meet company objectives. Spanish language proficiency will be essential for success in this role.

The position involves ensuring a safe and efficient work environment, supervising staff, and coordinating activities to maintain inventory accuracy and efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Mathematical skills and accuracy with arithmetic are required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate in English.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong monitoring, troubleshooting and process control abilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accountability.
• Able to work well with others and use common software (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety and quality regulations following GMPs.
• Follow schedules and SOPs to manage production work orders.
• Coordinate warehouse staff to ensure safe storage and handling of materials.
• Supervise production returns and ensure correct processing.
• Oversee transportation of materials between buildings.
• Conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy.
• Inspect facilities and equipment for conditions affecting production.
• Train employees on equipment, procedures and safety.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve methods.
• Provide information on problems to Management or QA.
• Attend to duties reliably and on time.
• Back up the Director of Logistics as needed.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
