Job summary

Mission Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Albuquerque, NM plant on 1st shift. The role involves supervising staff handling receiving, stocking, order filling, and shipping, with emphasis on FIFO and on-time departures.

The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and knowledgeable in GMP, OSHA, and AIB standards. 2+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing is preferred; ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a noisy, dusty environment is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in warehouse supervision and manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good manufacturing practices (GMP), OSHA and AIB familiarity expected.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot, dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workers in receiving, transporting, stocking, order filling, and shipping.
• Maintain FIFO principles and verify dates for customer orders.
• Ensure trucks depart on schedule and communicate with production teams.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff; enforce safety and sanitation protocols.
• Conduct inventories by code and participate in safety/quality committees.
