Job summary

Nuage Designs in Miami, FL seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of client returns, tracking inbound orders, confirming courier pickups, and maintaining accurate return records. You will coordinate with clients and carriers to keep the cycle moving and resolve delays before shortages occur.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in warehouse operations, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. UPS or FedEx familiarity and a proactive mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of returns processing and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation of UPS failed pick up.
• Manage client addresses to ensure correct location and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all returned items, including dates adjustments.
• Resolve delays and customer complaints with relevant teams.
• Send daily reminders for client return orders.
• Verify scheduled courier pickups from the previous day and reschedule as needed.
• Manage inbound returns daily, print and track expected returns.
• Liaise with clients regarding late returns.
• Coordinate rush turnaround of incoming items with other departments.
• Assist clients with additional return materials and rescheduling pickups.
