Job summary

Paxon is seeking a bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse activities at our Cranbury, New Jersey facility. Training will occur in Dayton, NJ. You will oversee daily distribution center operations, manage teams, and drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 3-5 years in warehousing, supervision experience, and strong leadership skills. This role is full-time and on-site at multiple sites with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in warehousing, receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience in supervising teams in a multi-site distribution environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and SOPs.
• Ability to train and develop hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Determine space requirements and ensure inventory is stored accurately.
• Manage daily work schedules of fulfillment associates.
• Oversee safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Plan staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
• Coach and motivate warehouse staff and oversee Shipping/Receiving.
