Responsibilities include moving and processing inventory, labeling, updating logs, and ensuring safety. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with basic Excel and ERP familiarity. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficient with Excel and email for daily clerical tasks.
• Experience with shipping carriers (FedEx/UPS) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn ERP and embroidery processes.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and materials across facilities.
• Process inventory for delivery and updates to logs.
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location.
• Package items and label correctly.
• Scan delivered items and ensure quality.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• Move materials from facilities to workstations and pickup locations.
• Maintain safe, debris-free workspaces and operate forklifts as needed.
• Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
• Provide clerical support to various departments.
• Work ~50% desk tasks and ~50% floor duties daily.
