Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors or leaders.
• Strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing.
• Commitment to safe work environment and safety culture.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Set clear expectations and drive safety, productivity, and quality targets.
• Partner with HR and other departments for staffing and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Lead monthly safety committees and maintain safety culture.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to meet customer requirements.
